Please make payment within 7 days of buying any item. PayPal is accepted through checkout from eBay. We do accept money orders, you can send them to the address listed below. Our store hours are M-F 9am-9pm, Sat 9am-6pm & Sun 11am-5pm EST. You can call us at 716 434 9411 with your Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express number if you wish to pay by credit/debit card. We ship Monday – Friday!

Returns Policy
Always willing to do our best to resolve a problem. Please contact us within 14 days via email or phone at (716) 434-9411. Our business hours are Mon-Fri 9am-9pm, Sat 9am-6pm & Sun 11am-5pm EST. If the item is not as described, we will give a full refund, including shipping. If buyer purchased the wrong item or made a mistake, we will refund purchase price only as shipping has been spent. Shipping
Johnson’s Country Store makes ever effort to keep the cost of shipping low. We will combine shipping whenever possible and try to search out the lowest rates based on your location and the weight and physical size of your order. Shipping charges are shown on the invoice are automatically calculated based on a quantity, size & weight formula built into the storefront program which is not capable of making subjective decisions. It gets it right most of the time but on large orders with multiple items, we may be able to combine packaging to reduce shipping charges. When possible, we will adjust your invoice before payment is made or refund overcharges to your payment method chosen. Shipping and postage charges are set by the respective carriers and are non-negotiable.
Local Laws
We at Johnson’s Country Store make every effort to comply with all Federal, State and Local laws. We will NOT knowingly sell anything to anyone in violation of any of these laws. We reserve the right to refuse to sell of ship anything to anyone where we believe laws may be violated. We cannot know all state and local laws outside of our locality and in turn depend on our customers to know and comply with their local laws. We bear no liability or responsibility for customers who violate their local laws.
Age Restrictions
Johnson’s Country Store reserves the right to refuse to sell or ship anything to anyone where we believe the purchaser is under age. Age sensitive items are identified on our store and we may ask for age verification before an item gets shipped. We can not guarantee that customer supplied information is truthful and so bear no liability or responsibility for customers who supply us with inaccurate information.
Shipping Exclusions
We reserve the right to cancel any sale and/or refuse to ship any item where we believe any of our stated policies or local laws may be violated.
